International Space Systems, Inc. (ISS) has recognized that individuals with whom we conduct business value their privacy. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. That is why we have adopted this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. We promise that we will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy.
The following policies are only in effect for the Web pages, newsletters, forums, and Web sites owned and operated by ISS and its associated membership PrivateSpaceClub.com. The following discloses our Privacy Policy.
What This Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers how ISS treats personal information that ISS collects and receives, including information related to your past use of ISS Web sites, products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that ISS does not own or control, or to people that ISS does not employ or manage. In addition, certain companies associated with ISS or PrivateSpaceClub.com have their own privacy statements which can be viewed by clicking on the links.
The Collection of Personal Information
In some circumstances, ISS may request personal information from you, like your name, e-mail address, company name or telephone number. Your response to these inquiries is strictly voluntary. ISS uses this information to customize your experience on our website. In addition, ISS may use this information for other business purposes, such as to alerting you to products and services that can assist you in your business, promoting site registration, and assisting in order processing.
In general, you can visit our site without divulging any personal information unless you are joining our PrivateSpaceClub.com Membership Club (see Club Terms & Conditions). However, there may be areas of this site that require this information to complete their customization functions, and may not be available to those choosing not to reveal the information requested.
Collecting Domain Information
ISS also collects domain information as part of its analysis of the use of this site. This data enables us to become more familiar with which customers visit our site, how often they visit and what parts of the site they visit most often. ISS uses this information to improve its web-based offerings. This information is collected automatically and requires no action on your part.
Notice Regarding Children Under 13
ISS recognizes the sensitivity of personally identifiable information concerning children under the age of 13 and therefore provides this special notice. ISS is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). Except in limited circumstances allowed by COPPA, ISS will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personally identifiable information from a child under 13 without first obtaining consent from that child's parent or legal guardian.

The form will list the information required from both parent/guardian and child, as well as the intended uses of the information.
ISS will only collect information that is reasonably necessary for your child to participate, and ISS will not share your child's personally identifiable information with any third party (except for purposes of fulfillment by a third party that has agreed to protect the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy), unless you specifically consent, or as permitted by COPPA or other applicable law. You may also subsequently revoke your consent and request that your child's information be removed from ISS's active list. Please refer to the form for instructions and further information.
If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her personally identifiable information without your permission or consent, ISS will make reasonable efforts to remove the information from its active list, at your request. To request the removal of your child's information, please send an e-mail to ISSPrivacy@intlspacesystems.com and be sure to include in your message the same User Name and password and/or e-mail address that your child submitted. ISS encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to become familiar with the types of content available on the ISS Web sites and the Internet generally.
Disclosure to Third Parties
ISS will not share, sell, rent, or disclose any personally identifiable information that we have collected except as stated herein, or in the following instances:
1) We have been given your consent to disclose
2) We have previously informed you of the disclosure, including by means of our Privacy Policy or on the Web site, or through the Service where you provided your information
3) We are required by law, legal process, or court order to disclose
4) Disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may cause or be causing harm to, or interference with, ISS's rights or property, other ISS Web site users, or anyone else

ISS may also use IP addresses in cooperation with Internet service providers to identify users if we deem it necessary to comply with law, to enforce compliance with this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, or to protect our sites, customers, or others.
In cases where we believe your business interests will be served, ISS may share your information (with the exception of account, credit card and ordering information) with ISS business partners, who can alert you about new products and services to improve your competitive edge unless you opt out form receiving such information by checking off appropriate selection for this purpose in the PrivateSpaceClub.com Membership Form or if you are not a PrivateSpaceClub.com member by sending us an email to ISSPrivacy@ctpenergy.com. If you receive unwanted marketing materials from any of our business partners, please let them know that you wish to be removed from their contact list.
Use of Cookies
Some pages on this site may use "cookies," which are small files that the site places on your hard drive for identification purposes.
